Wellbeing is a bit of a buzz word these days and everyone seems to have ideas, opinions and suggestions about it.  Wellbeing is generally considered a state of happiness, health and prosperity that encompasses emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual realms in addition to physical and economic factors.

Perimenopause can be incredibly detrimentally impactful in some or all of these realms for some women.
